Fitness being a hot topic in popular culture is a tale as old as time. After all, the legendary leg warmer fad of the 80’s wasn’t the first time fitness dominated conversation.
These days, however, leg warmers are long gone. An interest in fitness and nutrition, particularly “diet culture,” has become the next big thing. And everyone seems to have a different opinion about what workout is best or which diet is most effective.
Although it’s great more people want to be healthier (and let’s be honest, look better in a bathing suit), there is so much false information out there regarding these topics, especially on social media.
The goal of this blog is to avoid all the fluffy stuff that tends to circulate in the fitness industry and focus on the truth. Because the truth is, anyone can achieve their dream body. The journey is extremely rewarding, life changing, and so worth it. But it sure as hell isn’t easy, like many fitness “influencers” paint it out to be.
After all, if it were easy, everyone would do it.
